The fourth of the 22nd year Presentations for the Torbay and Devon Civic Award was held at St Cuthbert Mayne School on July 7th, 2026 where just over 150 pupils received their certificates from Councillor John Fellows,  Torbay Deputy Civic Mayor

The event was presented by Karen Thomson, Award Founder and Co-ordinator, who spoke to the children about the history and legacy of the award and about taking the values of the award into their secondary schools and their lives.

The event commenced with a welcoming introduction from Colin Horricks, Assistant Headteacher of St Cuthbert Mayne School.

The technology was managed by Ryan Thorne and photographs were taken by Gary Vine (Civic Award Publicist and Business Administrator)

Refreshments and catering were managed by Heidi Cooper and Ian Le Boustouller
