9 Year 6 students from Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Primary School (Torquay) were successfully awarded the Torbay and Devon Civic Award 2018.

Mahnoor
- I am proud to have raised almost £200 for my chosen charity Alkhair Foundation by holding lots of cake sales
- I have learnt how to cook a variety of dishes – some Asian, some not.
- I have developed my artistic skills. I can now draw in lots of different styles!
Mia

- I am proud to have raised money by setting up cake sales for my chosen charity
- I have developed my confidence and leadership skills by taking on the roles of Prefect, Librarian and Lunchtime helper
- I have been on the Y6 residential and completed challenges that I never thought I would do!
