Year 6 student Martha and her sister Chloe from Bovey Tracey Primary School raised an amazing £165 for LEPRA.
They did a sponsored litter pick around Bovey Tracey to raise money for the charity as well as helping to improve their local environment!
Martha has written a piece about it in her Civic Award folder and Chloe has been sharing their fundraising story with family and friends.
LEPRA is A leprosy charity. Inspired by Victoria Hislop’s ‘Maria’s Island’ which centred around a family suffering from the effects both physical with leprosy.
