Rowcroft Hospice
Rowcroft Hospice is a local charity, supporting adults aged 18 and above living with life-limiting illnesses in South Devon.
The hospice aims to make every day the best day possible for people living with life-limiting illnesses across South Devon, whilst providing comfort and support to their families.
Rowcroft provides care to people in their homes, nursing homes and in its 12 bedded inpatient unit. Last year, the hospice looked after over 2000 local people.
As a charity, the hospice is funded in the main through fundraising and donations, and every pound donated or raised makes such a difference.

“The Civic Award is a brilliant scheme that helps to develop children into caring young adults by telling them about charities, showing them that giving can be fun and rewarding, and encouraging them to think about how they can help their local community.
“Rowcroft has been fortunate to benefit from many children raising funds through the Civic Award and is passionate about supporting the scheme and the children raising funds for the hospice.” Rachael Bryett, Head of Fundraising.
