Millie White from Bovey Tracey Primary School decided to walk up Snowdon as a family challenged. Millie had raised £210 from family and friends for the Alzheimer’s Dementia UK Charity which took place during the May Holidays.
The walk took 2 hours 45 minutes to get up and 2 hours 45 minutes to come back down.
Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales, at an elevation of 1,085 metres above sea level, and the highest point in the British Isles outside the Scottish Highlands. It is located in Snowdonia National Park in Gwynedd, North Wales and is a popular walking challenge.
